Who we are

Spots Project operates community-built local-discovery apps for Cyprus, including WorkSpots and LocalSpots. You can contact us at [email protected].

Acceptable use

Use the apps and website respectfully. Do not harass people, post hate speech, spam, upload illegal content, impersonate others, or submit deliberately false information. We manually moderate public submissions and may remove content that harms people, venues, or the quality of the project.

Your content

If you submit reviews, photos, reports, or spots, you confirm you have the right to share them. You keep your rights, but you give us permission to display, moderate, edit for clarity, and distribute that content inside the Spots Project services.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep information useful and current, but places change. Opening hours, prices, wifi quality, safety, and access can change without notice. Always use your own judgment before visiting a spot.

Accounts

Browsing is anonymous where possible. Some actions may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.

No warranty and liability

The services are provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, venue experiences, travel costs, or decisions made from app information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If there is a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Cyprus.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch and as the project grows. Material changes will be communicated where we have contact details.
